Let’s talk SPF….

We know, the February weather may not seem like the time to talk about protecting yourself from the glare of the sun – but it’s actually just as important now as it is in the summer.

☀️ SPF is an important tool to help enjoy the sun safely, reducing your risk of skin damage.

☀️ It’s not just available as a standalone skincare product- it can be found hiding helpfully in many makeup and skincare forms, some of which you may already have! Many foundations and tinted moisturisers often have SPF built into them nowadays.

☀️The results cover long and short term, from protecting against immediate sunburn in the heat of summer, all the way through to helping to prevent skin cancer later in life.

👉 At The Clinic, we absolutely encourage the daily use of sunscreen. If it’s part of a product already in your skincare regime- great! If it’s an extra something you pop on in the morning as well as other SPF featuring products- even better!

👉 We recommend everyone include SPF30 or SPF50 in their daily regimen, no matter your skin type, skin tone or age. There’s something out there for everybody!
